The training and placement department works relentlessly towards the ultimate goal of students’ employment across various industries, or to help them begin a business venture in which they can achieve phenomenal success.
The department is operated with a twin-fold focus, i.e. augmenting internal competencies by contemporary grooming of students and by enabling the industry to identify and absorb intellectuals with requisite technical, managed skills. The staunch corporate patronage which Mukand Institutes enjoys, and which separates it from its contemporaries, originates from its unequivocal focus to produce world class technocrats & managers for which the regular corporate interactions weave the thread.

SJPP, Damla, is a government-aided and Self-financing polytechnic, run on No Profit No Loss basis offering Diploma in Computer, Electronics and Communication, Chemical (Pulp & Paper), Electrical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering courses in the State of Haryana; affiliated to HSBTE, Panchkula.
The Institute is well equipped with qualified staff, workshops & laboratories, a fully computerized modern library, a state-of- art infrastructure including over 350 computer systems backed up with licensed software for all curriculum and training needs including high speed internet facility.
Students are admitted on the merit of last qualifying exams/merit of entrance tests. All seats are filled as per Haryana Govt./ HSBTE guidelines issued from time to time. SJPP is not charging any extra fees for the management seats in all courses offered in the institute and all seats are open on merit.
